For renovation or upgrading: The single storey house, which is very Greek traditional in style, comprises a generous veranda with shaded seating area leading to the very simple kitchen then through into a bedroom. There is a large shower room adjacent to the kitchen.

The pitched roof with ceramic tiles appears sound and the inner roof could be opened up to expose the beam and provide extra height to the room if required.

External: The total plot is 152.56sqm with mature mulberry trees, a lemon tree, grape vine and flowering plants. To the front of the house is a wall with gated entrance to a paved parking area. This could easily be used as a patio and has room to add pergolas and a BBQ subject to permissions.

The house is in very simple decorative order and it is possible to live in immediately.
