    Usually, legal fees are around 1500 USD.

    If you plan to give you lawyer power of attorney, signing the title deed transfer  on your behalf there will be additional costs.

    Remember, the power of attorney needs to be signed by you at a notary and will cost approximately 600 TRL.

    Don’t forget there will be other charges too, sales taxes, broker commission fees, land registry fee, land registry stamp duty, utilities deposits, and depending on the size of the property earthquake insurance.
