To secure a permanent residence in Cyprus by investment, you will need to invest at least 300,000 euros and be able to earn and keep 30,000 euros in a bank account.
The process is quite quick – considered within 2 months. And you can even get status for your family.
One piece of advice – we used a lawyer to help us with the visa/property purhcase. I thought it was an un-necessary cost at the time, I was proven wrong.
