      I’m looking to buy in Larnaca.

      Please can anyone suggest the best area in Larnaca to buy?

        Hi Fatima,

        The most popular neighbourhoods in Laranca are Aradippou, Livadia, Pervolia and Drosia.

        Aradippou – one the largest neigbourhoods in Larnaca, with over 20,000 residents. The area has great private schools

        Livadia – this prime real estate spot sits on the north side of Larnaca and a population much smaller than Aradippou giving it a more community feel to the neighbourhood.

        Pervolia – property is hard to find in this small pictureque fishing village with great beaches. The number of people practically doubles during the day, when tourists arrive for the beaches.

        Drosia – Considered by the locals as part of the city centre. The enjoys all the amenities you would find in city centre, schools, bars and restaurants.

        You’ll have to visit Larnaca in the high season and the off season to make sure, whichever areas you are considering is a right fit for you.
