      I’m selling my place in Mexico and I’m hoping that I don’t need to be present for the contract signing. Either having the documents sent back and forth or give a lawyer power of attorney?

      Anybody have any experience of selling without being in the country?

        A good lawyer can be given power of attorney to act on your behalf regarding the property. And it is relatively straightforward.

        Once setup “The Mexican Officer is fully authorized to make those legal acts effective in Mexico”
