Welcome to the charming town of Génova, where we present a house at the foot of the Na Burguesa mountain. The house is distributed over three floors in a classic Mediterranean style built in the 80s. At the foot of the Na Burguesa mountain, with beautiful architecture and views over the sea, is Genova, a unique neighborhood in Palma. The quaint atmosphere of a typical Majorcan village is preserved here, and today there is a mix of locals and international residents. Some of the most attractive projects in Mallorca are located in Genova. The truly spectacular views over the sea and the view of Palma have attracted around 20 restaurants. This is where many citizens of Palma come when they want to enjoy some real good Spanish food. The beaches of Cala Nova and Cala Mayor are just a few minutes away by car, or a nice walk. From Genova you can walk to Bonanova. It is a pleasant walk of about 30 minutes with lemon trees, forests and fields with grazing sheep. The center of Palma is easily reached by both car and bus, and there is also a bike ride from Genova to the old Son Dureta hospital and Santa Catalina. On the other hand, the Zhero Beach and Puro Beach Illetes Beach Clubs, as well as the Porto Pi shopping center, are all within a few minutes by car. The airport is at a distance of about 20 minutes.
