In a quiet street, just a three-minute walk from Gran de Torá beach, this designer furnished villa is located in Paguera, Mallorca’s sunniest town on the south-west coast. The house consists of three bedrooms, three bathrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen and dining room, as well as a family room. The current owners renovated the house in 2022 where, among other things, they built a luxurious outdoor kitchen with an associated living room. Everything is sheltered under roof and it’s a lovely oasis to hang out. They also built a large Jacuzzi with associated terrace overlooking the sea.
Paguera is synonymous with beach, good weather, Mediterranean atmosphere… It is one of the favorite sun and beach destinations in Mallorca, being especially popular among Germans. But Paguera is also one of those places that Majorcans choose to cool off when they manage to escape from the city. And it is that one of the main attractions of Paguera is the color and transparency of its waters. The beaches of Paguera deserve a special mention. If you like open beaches, with services and transparent waters, you will have three sandy areas to choose from: Playa Palmira, Playa Torá and Playa Romana. When you think of living in Mallorca, surely you imagine having a drink with your feet sunk in the sand. This is precisely what you can do in some of the beautiful establishments that surround Playa Torá. In the sandy areas of Paguera you will have at your disposal all the services you can imagine: beach umbrellas and hammocks, showers, public toilets, surveillance, access for the disabled, bars, restaurants, children’s attractions…Paguera is about 30 minutes by car from Palma and about 35 from the airport and has very good public transport connections.
