      Hi All,

      Over the years, I’ve had many holidays in Malta at various times of the year including the winter months and love the place.

      I’m thinking of buying in Malta, but is it worth buying a property there? I won’t be able to live out there for many years, so thinking of it in terms of an investment that is also a holiday home.

      Any advice much appreciated!

        Hi Ned,

        Malta is probably one of the best places to buy property in Europe. Cost of living is incredibly low compared to the USA, UK and many EU countries.

        And if you are retiring to Malta you’ll discover a whole bunch of additional benefits.

        To summarise, Yes is a safe and secure.
