This renovated chambre d’hotes is in a lovely hamlet in the Haute Vienne, just outside Saint-Leger-Magnazeix and not far from Lake Murat. Although in a completely rural setting you are only 15 minutes away from the A20 and 10 minutes from Magnac Laval which has a supermarket and all other shops needed for everyday living.

The house itself has 3 letting rooms all with en-suites and a double reception room. Attached to the house is a cottage which is partly renovated, you also have a garage which again could be made into further accommodation subject to the necessary permissions.

NB: The owners are selling as a house not a business, but should someone want them to just walk away with personal belongings; leaving all furniture and the business intact they would be open to negotiate that.
